Our electrocoagulation system is an advanced wastewater treatment solution that utilizes metal hydroxide flocculation to effectively remove contaminants from water. The system employs aluminum, iron, or other readily available metal anodes to achieve efficient purification.

The system operates through electrochemical reactions:

• Electrochemical reaction: Fe→Fe2++2e
• Anodizing reaction: 2OH-→2[O]+2e→O2+2e (nascent oxygen has strong oxidation function)
• Cathode reduction: 2H++2e→2[H]→H2 (nascent hydrogen breaks chemical bonds)

These oxidation and reduction reactions occur continuously on the electrode plates.
